We utilize a "data minimization" approach, collecting only what is necessary to function.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect identifiers such as your email address, username, and password (encrypted). You may optionally provide a profile picture.
  • Communications (Transient): We process the text, audio, and image messages you send to other users solely for the purpose of transmission.
Note: We operate a Zero-Retention Policy. We do not save or archive your chat history on our servers. Data is delivered to the user terminal and then discarded from our systems.
  • Customer Support: If you contact us, we collect the content of your message and your contact details to resolve your inquiry.
  • Transactions: For purchases, we collect shipping/billing addresses and order history. We do not store full credit card numbers.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device Data: We collect your hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers to ensure app compatibility.
  • Usage Logs: We track how you interact with the app (e.g., features used, session length) to improve user experience.
  • Connection Data: To connect to Vibelogic hardware, we process Bluetooth signal data. On Android, this requires "Location" permissions, but we do not track your GPS location for marketing.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for the following business purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To establish connections between devices and route messages.
  • Safety & Security: To detect fraud, prevent abuse, and verify accounts.
  • Improvement: To analyze usage trends (on an aggregated basis).
  • Compliance: To fulfill legal obligations, such as tax reporting for purchases.

We do not sell your personal data. We disclose data only in the following scenarios:

5. Data Retention and Security

5.1 Retention Policy

  • Chat Data: Zero Retention. Data is delivered to the user terminal and is not stored on Vibelogic servers. We are not responsible for saving or backing up chat records; this responsibility lies with the user.
  • Video/Audio Calls: Peer-to-Peer (P2P). Data flows directly between users and is not stored on Vibelogic servers.
  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active. Upon deletion request, data is removed from active databases immediately and from backups within 90 days.

5.2 Security Measures

We use TLS encryption for data in transit and AES encryption for data at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to employees with a strict "need to know" basis. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. Vibelogic ensures that such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have specific rights:

  • Access & Correction: You can view and edit your profile in the app.
  • Deletion: You may request account deletion via bijingyuan@vibelogic.ltd.
  • Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
  • California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what categories of data we collect. To make a request, contact our support team.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of London, United Kingdom. You explicitly waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit regarding privacy matters.
